This site is run by Bryce Campbell, a writer based between the United States and New Zealand. I take your privacy seriously and keep this simple.
What I collect
When you subscribe to the email list or join the Out There Club, I collect your name and email address. That's it. I don't collect payment information directly — payments are processed securely through Ghost and Stripe.
How I use it
Your email address is used to send you essays and updates. I use ActiveCampaign to manage the email list. I don't sell your information to anyone. I don't use it for advertising. The only emails you'll receive are the ones you signed up for.
Cookies
This site uses cookies for basic functionality — remembering if you're logged in as a member, for example. No tracking cookies. No advertising cookies.
Third-party services
This site uses Ghost (hosting and membership), ActiveCampaign (email), and Stripe (payments). Each has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
Unsubscribing
Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email bryce@brycercampbell.com directly and I'll remove you immediately.
